LLOG Exploration Announces the Naming of New Executive Management Team

Covington, LA – July 26, 2018 – LLOG Exploration Company, L.L.C. (“LLOG” or the “Company”) today announced the promotion of three long-term employees to key executive management positions. Philip LeJeune, LLOG’s current Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has been named Chief Executive Officer and President; Rick Fowler, LLOG’s current Vice President of Deepwater Projects, has been named Chief Operating Officer; and Phil Cossich, LLOG’s current Vice President of Planning and Budgeting, has been named Chief Financial Officer.

Philip LeJeune commented, “It is an honor to be asked to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of LLOG. In my 21 years of service to the Company, I have developed tremendous respect for the management, technical and financial teams at LLOG and am very proud of the significant success we have achieved together in the Deepwater of the Gulf of Mexico through a strong collaborative effort. We intend to continue building on the Company’s exceptional reputation as we proceed with the development of a number of our exploratory successes and asset acquisitions.

Philip LeJeune

Mr. LeJeune joined LLOG in 1997 and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Planning and Budgeting, and during his 21 years with LLOG has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the marketing, production accounting, acquisitions and divestitures, planning and finance departments. From January 1995 to August 1997, Mr. LeJeune spent time in the tax section of Arthur Andersen LLP in the New Orleans office. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of CPA’s.

Rick Fowler

Mr. Fowler joined LLOG in 2007 and has held the position of Vice President of Deepwater Projects since that time. Prior to joining the Company, he was with Dominion E&P for 12 years and was in charge of their $5 billion offshore business unit including the management of over 300 employees. He was heavily involved in all of Dominion’s Deepwater projects. Before that Mr. Fowler was employed by Exxon for 12 years in various reservoir engineering and operational assignments. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University. He has been President of the SPE Delta Section, Chairman of the API Delta Section, and Chairman of the GOM Deepwater Symposium. Rick was awarded the API Meritorious Service Award in 2017 and the SPE Distinguished Contribution Award in 2008.

Phil Cossich

Mr. Cossich joined LLOG in 2011 and most recently held the position of Vice President of Planning and Budgeting. Prior to joining LLOG, he was an associate at Macquarie focusing on acquisitions and divestitures for upstream E&P companies. Mr. Cossich began his career at Tristone Capital. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
